I am looking for a solicitor in the UK who is cheap. I have asked a few solicitor firms, but they all seem to charge the same. They want to charge somewhere in the region of £200 per hour plus VAT. After I presented my idea to the couple, they readily agreed to rent a fabric structure and have it set-up along the beach shore. A net promoter score is a system that puts your customers into a particular category, to determine if they are loyal or likely to pass the word around about your establishment. It is comprised of three categories detractors, passives, and promoters. A promoter for example, is an extremely loyal customer, and is very likely to recommend you to others. A passive customer is content with your product or service, but is unlikely to tell others about their experiences with you. Detractors are unhappy with their results, and can quite possibly impede your growth. After you have determined what percentage of your customers are promoters, and what percentage are detractors you can determine your net promoter score by subtracting the detractor percentage from the promoter percentage. This technique has been utilized fairly often since it was introduced, and there has even been some well known companies that have used this technique. The results, however, are not definitive; this is by no means a sure fire technique.
