After I presented my idea to the couple, they readily agreed to rent a fabric structure and have it set-up along the beach shore. So I immediately went to work and contacted a company who could give me the specifications that I needed. I gave them the colour motif and they told me that they will coordinate the accessories and the fabric structure to the wedding theme. It was going to serve a double purpose for that single day: for the ceremony and the reception. It was quite challenging to organize an outdoor wedding such as this, but I was thankful because I had a pleasant time working and coordinating with the people in-charge of setting up the fabric structure.
